About the Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on our Night Shift teamatVirginia. This role is all about building capability, coaching and developing frontline leaders, and creating a high-performing culture where teams can thrive.You'lltake ownership of operational results, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, people, and performance outcomes are achieved.

What your days look like:

- Coach and develop Level 7 operators and frontline leaders
- Drive line performance across safety, quality, yield and OEE
- Lead team performance,labourplanningand payroll activities d>Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
