About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the Orange branch.
You'll be responsible for leading your team, strengthening customer relationships, driving operational excellence and identifying opportunities to continue growing the business across HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical and Solar.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
- Driving branch profitability and achieving business objectives.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community.
- Overseeing service delivery, project performance and daily operations.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
- Creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism.
About You
You're more than a manager—you inspire people, build solid teams and know how to create a culture where people perform at their best.
You'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience within HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, construction or another trade-based industry.
- Strong commercial and operational management capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing people, performance and business outcomes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for developing people and building successful teams.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential. We're looking for a leader with the vision, drive and ability to bring people together and continue building on Climate King's outstanding reputation.
