As Store Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‑led customer experience every day.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience
- Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention
- Maintaining a safe store setting in line with health and safety standards




- Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs

You’ll bring:

- Excellent leadership skills and a genuine talent for developing people
- A deep passion for retail and fashion — plus-size and curve fashion in particular
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team
- A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
