WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving marketing strategies and execution. Your role will involve connecting customer insights with creative thinking, media, and data to identify and scale growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include, developing customer‑led marketing strategies that align with client goals,



leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality, strategic work. You'll also be responsible for analysing campaign performance to identify and prioritise growth opportunities, applying structured, hypothesis‑led thinking to solve complex problems. You'll need to be able to translate insights into clear, commercially grounded recommendations and be a champion in technology and innovation in marketing practices

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE?

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or analytics
- Robust strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in B2B industries and understanding complex customer journeys
- Proficiency in digital media and marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively
