Your Time to Shine
The Personal Assistant is responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of confidential administrative functions and services that ensure the efficient functioning and operations of the Business Unit and confidential executive support services to the Faculty Dean.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in coordinating and undertaking a range of executive support and secretariat services for senior management, including preparing confidential documents and correspondence, providing effective diary management, and undertaking research and minor projects.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering a range of administrative support and services for a Team, including financial, procurement, records management and corporate reporting related functions, and maintaining and utilising applications and information systems such as BASWARE and the MS Office Suite.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary administration,
finance, procurement, records management and reporting processes and practices and knowledge of related agency programs, policies and activities.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
