Department of Parliamentary Services is seeking a Client Services Officer to provide front-of-house and information support to parliamentary clients, helping access the Parliamentary Library’s services and resources. The role involves in-person, online and telephone client interactions in a fast-paced setting.

We are establishing a merit pool for ongoing and non-ongoing opportunities over the next 18 months; experience with information retrieval and strong customer service is essential.
