About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support and maintain regulatory compliance across our organisation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector or a regulated environment who is passionate about quality, systems, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Assist in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures
Maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation systems
Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement
Provide compliance guidance and support to staff across the organisation
Ensure alignment with relevant frameworks and standards

About You

Experience in a compliance, quality assurance,



or administrative role
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (VET sector highly regarded)
Familiarity with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards (desirable)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Highly Regarded

Experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015
Experience preparing for audits or working with regulators
