Centra Forster is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Forster store. You will drive sales targets, manage staff rosters, control stock and ensure excellent customer service with a fresh food offering.
The role requires at least 2 years of relevant retail management experience, robust KPI understanding, reporting skills and a proactive, energetic approach. Evening shifts are involved, and you will work closely with the Store Owner to maintain Centra standards.
