About The Role
Position: Dispatch Clerk
Status: Full Time
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Dispatch Clerk to support our day-to-day dispatch and transport operations. Working closely with drivers, customers and operational teams, you will ensure freight movements, documentation and system transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process dispatch documentation and system transactions
- Coordinate freight, container receivals and dispatch activities
- Prepare delivery, release and transport documentation
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Communicate with drivers,
transport providers and customers
- Monitor dispatch schedules and provide operational updates
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Support compliance with safety and operational procedures
About You
- Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, administration or customer service (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Reliable team player with a commitment to safety
