Transcend is searching for experienced candidates with slab construction experience to work in Smeaton Grange location. The role involves working with waffle pods, reinforcing mesh and EPS foams.
- Above Award: Starting from $42.50 | Casual | Monday to Friday basis
- AM Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm | PM Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Responsibilities
- Running equipment that cuts or shapes EPS foams.
- Operating and using agitator/vibrators to manage concrete pour.
- Finishing and beautifying the concrete finish through the use of hand tools such as trowels.
- Identifying defects like uneven cuts, damaged foam or incorrect sizing.
- Cleaning machinery and work areas to manage a protected working environment.
Criteria
- Experience in slab construction or equivalent (essential and highly regarded).
- Full Work Rights (Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident) (essential).
- Physically fit and consistently able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Own reliable transportation and vehicle.
