Location: Brisbane , Australia .
Salary: AUD 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross.

Key Responsibility:
- Lead quality engineering and testing delivery across healthcare applications, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, product owners, and technology teams to understand healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Define and implement test strategies, quality gates, acceptance criteria,
and release readiness processes for healthcare systems.
- Drive end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and production validation across patient, provider, and clinical applications.
- Validate critical healthcare business processes, including patient care, care management, provider management, clinical data exchange, and electronic health records.
- Establish quality governance, KPI-driven reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates to measure quality outcomes and release health.
- Perform risk-based testing, quality assessments, defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership across testing teams, mentoring quality engineers and promoting best practices in healthcare quality engineering.
- Support transition, knowledge management, process standardisation, and continual service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, data governance standards, and organisational quality frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Management, and Healthcare Application Testing.
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge, including patient journeys, provider workflows, care management processes, and healthcare operations.
- Experience testing healthcare platforms such as Electronic Health Records, Care Management Systems, Patient and Provider Portals, Clinical Systems, and Healthcare Data Platforms.
- Proven experience leading testing delivery for large-scale transformation, modernisation,
and digital health initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, clinical, and technology teams.
- Experience in test strategy development, quality governance, risk management, defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.
- Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and enterprise test management tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, leadership, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience working within regulated environments with an understanding of healthcare compliance, privacy, and data governance requirements
