We're looking for a Regional Manager based in Melbourne to lead VIC, SA, WA & TAS, reporting to our Head of Sales, ANZ. A role at the heart of our next phase, growing our Salon and Aesthetic Clinic channels, and coaching a high-performing regional team.

The Opportunity

You'll own the region's sales performance, lead a team of Business Development Managers and personally manage a territory of accounts. All while chasing one clear goal: sustainable, scalable growth across our core Ultraceuticals range and Ultra MD.

- Own the regional sales target, forecast, and performance for VIC, SA, WA & TAS
- Lead new business development and delivery
- Drive growth across both our Salon and Aesthetic Clinic channels
- Coach, develop and collaborate with your Regional BDM team
- Be a trusted Advisor to your Salon and Clinic Partners, enabling their businesses to thrive, not just selling into them




- Partner closely with our best-in-class Education Team to elevate knowledge and in-clinic capability
- Use data and insight to spot opportunity and drive smart decisions
- Get hands-on with merchandising, business development and in-clinic Events for your own territory

What You Bring

- Extensive sales experience in skincare, beauty or prestige. New business experience is desirable
- Deep, current knowledge of the Aesthetic Clinic market
- A track record of winning current business
- Strong commercial acumen and a coaching-first leadership style
- The adaptability to thrive amid rapid change. You understand that plans shift, priorities move, and you roll with it
- A natural problem solver who brings solutions, not just observations
- The ability to genuinely inspire a team and bring people with you
- Qualified Beauty Therapist highly regarded
