You'll become the go‑to expert for everything from car batteries to basic solar setups, making a real difference in the lives of our customers—from local families and mechanics to station owners and tourists exploring the Top End.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role for a real doer , where you'll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and the long‑term growth of the store. Think of it as your own business, with the full backing of a successful, family owned, nationwide Australian brand. Your core mission is to create an incredible experience for our customers while building a killer team and hitting your targets.

Your day‑to‑day will look like this:

- Lead the charge: You'll be the captain of your ship, providing amazing, old‑fashioned service with a country‑style smile.
- Be a problem‑solver: From diagnosing a flat battery to advising on a complete 12‑volt system, you’ll be the expert people trust.
- Grow the business: You'll create and execute a growth strategy for the store,



spotting recent opportunities and building relationships with local businesses.
- Build your team: As you grow the store you'll recruit, mentor, coach, and empower staff, creating a positive and high‑performing environment where everyone is excited to come to work.
- Keep things running smoothly: You’ll oversee everything from sales and quoting to stock management and safety, ensuring the store is always tidy, safe, and ready for business.

What We're Looking For

You’re a natural leader with a reputation for putting the customer first. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, and you have a genuine interest in what makes a business tick.

You’ll bring:

- Experience that counts: You've got at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and sales success (Industry Specific Experience is desired but not essential)
