Talent Mining & Minerals is recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised OEM specialising in slurry pumps, fluid handling and engineered wear solutions for the mining industry.

We're looking for a driven Technical Sales Representative to join the Goldfields team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing new business, managing key customer relationships and providing technical support across mining and industrial operations throughout the region.

This is a hands-on role combining technical problem solving with business development. Full product training will be provided, making this an excellent prospect for someone with strong mechanical or mining experience looking to build a career in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business and identify growth opportunities across the Goldfields.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining and industrial clients.
- Conduct site visits to inspect equipment and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Coordinate service activities and provide technical support to customers.




- Prepare quotations and convert opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and national technical team.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in technical sales, account management, mechanical trades or mining operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and generate new business.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Kalgoorlie.
