Your new company:

Join a leading Australian technology and communications organisation undergoing a major Contact Centre Transformation Program. As part of this strategic initiative, the organisation is migrating its contact centre platform from Genesys to Amazon Connect (AWS Cloud), creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to play a key role in delivering a large-scale transformation.

Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a high-profile transformation program on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start available. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end testing function for a complex contact centre platform migration. You will be responsible for developing and executing the testing strategy, coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and managing all testing activities across the program
- Planning and overseeing System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Managing defect identification, tracking, prioritisation, and resolution
- Writing and executing test cases where required
- Coordinating a small testing team, including an offshore Test Analyst
- Engaging with business stakeholders, delivery teams,



and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Driving quality assurance best practices throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed:

- Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale technology transformation or telephony platform migration projects
- Strong experience leading ST, SIT, and UAT testing phases
- Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases
- Demonstrated experience managing defects and test governance processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading and coordinating small testing teams, including offshore resources
- Exposure to Genesys and/or Amazon Connect will be highly regarded
- Experience within telecommunications, utilities, banking, or insurance environments is advantageous but not essential.
