- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

- Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised learning environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working in early childhood education settings
- Experience building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Ability to engage and motivate young children
- Positive and inclusive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
