We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Test Manager to lead quality assurance across our core administration platforms and customer-facing digital channels. About the Role

Reporting into Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the testing strategy across websites, mobile applications, APIs, backend systems and enterprise platforms. This role combines test leadership with hands-on involvement in planning, execution, automation and quality engineering.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the testing strategy across core platforms and digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end testing across web, mobile, API and backend systems.
- Drive test planning, execution, defect management and release readiness.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, accessibility and security testing.
- Champion test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish quality metrics, dashboards and governance practices.
- Support production releases and post-release validation activities.
- Partner with business,



technology and vendor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About You

- 8 years' experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 3 years' experience in a Test Lead or Test Manager role.
- Strong hands-on testing experience across:
- Web applications
- Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Backend platforms and integrations
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Katalon or similar tools.
- API testing experience using Postman, ReadyAPI or REST Assured.
- SQL and database validation skills.
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments.

Desirable

- Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).
- Accessibility testing (WCAG).
- Security testing practices.
- Experience within financial services, superannuation, banking, insurance or other regulated industries.
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience delivering large-scale test automation programs.
