We are looking for volunteers who will help us with the following event management tasks.

- Set Up &
- Pack Down ( 10 people): Set up the tables and Chairs, Banners, oversee if cooks need any help in setting up and take down. Help in packing all materials, banners etc. at the end of the event.
- Cleaning &
- Waste Management (4 people): Be incharge of the Garbage collection and disposal.
- Parking ushers (4 people): Usher the cars to the parking spots. Monitor the spaces for empty spaces and manage the parking.
- Food transfer (10 people): Transfer the cooked food to the Sales Counter and fill the containers with the cooked food.

Sales

Counter (4 people): Giving food containers to the audiences according to their orders.

General Event

Support (4 people): Assist the visitors to various counters,



be there to answer questions from visitors.

Training An orientation will be given to volunteers for performing the tasks they have chosen. A short training and briefing will be arranged.
