Casual Roles - Rotating Day & Afternoon Shifts Latitude Recruitment is seeking reliable Timbermill Production Operators to join a busy Drymill team. These casual roles offer full-time hours with a casual rate of pay, with both night shift and day/afternoon shift roles available.
About the Role:
You will work as part of a fast-paced production team operating across key Drymill tasks, including:
- Operating and monitoring the production line
- Grading, stacking, and wrapping finished timber
- Assisting with general production flow and housekeeping
- Meeting quality and safety standards throughout the shift
About You:
- Previous timbermill, manufacturing or labouring experience (advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, safety-focused and a strong team player
- Able to pass all pre-employment checks
