- 4 hour shifts available across 6 days
- Pay level subject to specific site Duties & Responsibilities - Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Gatehouse duties
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties Who We Are Looking For - Robust Customer Service Skills

- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles




- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
