Job Description

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist delivers end-to-end recruitment across Federal Group's corporate, hospitality and transport operations while owning and executing specialised programs of work that improve attraction, candidate experience, hiring capability, and compliance outcomes. The role balances day-to-day requisition delivery with program ownership, ensuring consistent standards across brands and sites.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires across multiple sites.
- Conduct job briefings, craft compliant and engaging job advertisements, and manage postings across platforms (e.g., PageUp, Seek, LinkedIn).
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and facilitate selection processes, including reference checks and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain employer branding strategies,



including careers website content and campaign materials aligned with organisational values and brands.
- Build and manage talent pools for repeat, hard-to-fill or niche roles (e.g., gaming, culinary, truck drivers).
- Ensure adherence to role-specific compliance requirements (e.g., licences, gaming accreditations, pre-employment checks).

About the Candidate

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or similar
- 3 years of experience working in a similar role, leading programs to enhance recruitment as well as delivery hands on end-to-end recruitment. Ideally you will have built your experience in a high volume, fast paced workplace.
- You'll be confident to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, communicating proactively to solve problems and share knowledge.
