We’re looking for experienced Project Managers (AO6/T5) and Senior Project Managers (AO7/T6) to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programs across our Built Infrastructure, Transport and Civil Infrastructure and Housing and Land Servicing teams.

In this role, you’ll:
Manage a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure projects in line with NT Government legislation, policies and technical standards.
Lead delivery to achieve projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and performance outcomes.
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government agencies and community groups.
Oversee procurement, financial management and reporting requirements,
ensuring robust governance, probity, and accountability in line with NT Government processes and contract conditions.
Provide strategic advice and technical input to support planning, program delivery and continuous operational improvement.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Strong experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects in dynamic client-focused environments.
Proven capability in project planning, procurement, and contract management.
Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver, and enhance programs within government or large organisations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficient in IT systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management/design tools.
