BlueCherry Home Loans is a boutique finance broking company specialising in mortgage and commercial lending. We're known for exceptional customer service, and we're growing — so we're looking for a new team member to join us.
This is a full-time role for someone motivated and eager to learn. We're looking to develop the right candidate into a Mortgage Broker, with genuine career progression on offer as our business grows.
What you'll do:
- Manage loan applications from lodgement through to settlement
- Prepare servicing calculations
- Liaise with lenders and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the loan process
What we're looking for:
- Banking experience (essential)
- Solid attention to detail and time management
- Enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive attitude
- Full training and mentoring provided
- A clear pathway to becoming a Mortgage Broker or Credit Analyst
