About The Role

- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencementAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
