We are looking for motivated, team-oriented and curious students to join our 12‑week paid Summer Internship Program commencing in November 2026.
As an intern, you'll gain practical experience working alongside industry‑leading professionals on projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. You'll be supported by experienced mentors, develop your technical and professional skills, and gain insight into what it's like to build a career in consulting.
We're currently seeking students studying Engineering to join our Buildings Market team in Sydney, NSW as an Intern Civil Engineer.
From day one, you'll become part of a connected global network of experts and innovators. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, learn from specialists recognised as leaders in their field,
and contribute to projects that help shape the built environment of the future.
YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
- Work on real projects and contribute to project deliverables.
- Learn from experienced engineers and technical specialists.
- Receive guidance and support from mentors and project teams.
- Build your professional network across the business.
- Develop valuable technical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients.
High‑performing interns will be considered for future opportunities within our Graduate Program upon completion of their studies.

To be considered for our Summer Internship Program, you will be:
- Currently studying a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Available to commence the 12‑week internship in November 2026.
- Passionate about creating positive outcomes for communities through engineering.
- Collaborative, curious and motivated to learn.
- Having an interest in digital engineering, design tools and innovation (highly regarded).
