Description

We are seeking an experienced Road Train Driver to join our operations at Helen Springs. This role offers a great opportunity to join an exciting, industry leading Agribusiness.

About the Property

Helen Springs Station is a 5,600 km² breeding property in the Barkly Tablelands, NT, running up to 31,500 head of cattle. The station complex is set among lush green gardens and lawns and offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and social club.

Team members benefit from extensive training delivered by industry professionals, supporting career development in a friendly and supportive team environment. Throughout the year, mustering and general station operations are complemented by a vibrant calendar of social events across the NT.

About the Role

- Loading and trucking cattle both internally (paddock carting) and externally to various stations and feedlots
- General supplies being moved about the property
- Operation and basic maintenance of a wide variety of station plant and machinery, including graders, loaders, telehandlers and tractors.

About You

- Experience transporting livestock safely and with the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Relevant earthmoving experience, including operating a grader (tickets preferred).
- Competent operation of various station machinery/equipment, including basic maintenance of such.
- A robust work ethic and commitment to working safely.




- Ability to observe general property needs i.e. fencing, livestock health.
- Ability to record information and communicate effectively in the workplace.
- Hold a current MC (Multi-Combination) licence.
- A genuine passion for agriculture and station life.
- Passion about livestock and their needs
