The Modular Study Group (MSG) is a hybrid education programme that combines the strengths of homeschooling, online learning and classroom teaching for the children of missionaries.

MSG in Southeast Asia is seeking a Mathematics Teacher to teach middle and high school students within the modular learning model. Students attend intensive classroom instruction during monthly modules and continue their learning independently between sessions.

The successful candidate will help students develop a solid understanding of mathematics, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build confidence in their academic abilities. You will work closely with missionary families and fellow educators to create a supportive learning environment that equips students both academically and personally.

Requirements

- A committed Christian with a heart for missionary education.
- A degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field.
- Teaching experience at secondary or high school level.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- A servant-hearted attitude and willingness to support missionary families.
- Previous cross-cultural experience is helpful but not essential.
