Sitting on the Yarra in one of Australia's highest-traffic outlet destinations, our South Wharf DFO store moves at a pace that rewards real leadership. The customers are constant. The opportunity is enormous. And the store is ready for a leader who wants to make it theirs.

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership — the team, the numbers, the experience, the result. You'll lead from the front, build a team that customers remember, and turn high traffic into high performance. This is the role for a retail leader who doesn't want to maintain a store. What You'll Do

- Own your store's performance — you know your numbers, and you move them.
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that grows with you.
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising in a high-volume environment.
- Build smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
