The team works collaboratively to deliver evidence-based, person-centered care, with a robust focus on improving quality of life for individuals and families affected by these conditions.

Role Description

This part-time or full time on-site Psychiatrist or Allied Health Sales & Marketing role is based in Sydney NSW. The role involves meeting with prospective patients, families, and referrers to explain ADHD-BED Integrated’s services, treatment pathways, and multidisciplinary approach. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clinicians, schools, community organizations, and referral networks; developing and delivering presentations and information sessions; and supporting outreach initiatives to increase awareness of services. The position also includes collaborating with the clinical team to align marketing messages with current evidence-based practices,



contributing to educational materials and digital content, and tracking engagement and referral outcomes to guide ongoing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills and experience in Medicine and Psychiatry, with a strong understanding of evidence-based psychiatric care.
- Candidates should possess skills in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health, including assessment, treatment planning, and collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Adolescent Psychiatry, with confidence working with young people, families, and complex co‑morbid presentations.
- Experience or training in sales, marketing, or health promotion, particularly within mental health or allied health services, is highly desirable.
- Relevant professional registration (e.g., medical practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or other allied health professional) and appropriate accreditation to practice in Australia is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, are essential.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, commitment to non-discriminatory practice, and an interest in ADHD, eating disorders, and related co‑morbidities will be advantageous.
- Lead sales efforts while contributing to marketing initiatives, with an 80% focus on sales and 20% on marketing to drive business growth.
