You’ll likely have:
- Senior HRBP, People Partner or Employee Relations leadership experience.
- Strong background partnering with senior leaders in complex or fast-paced environments.
- Proven organisational change and transformation experience.

- Growth and development: continue building your career through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Wellbeing support: access an Employee Assistance Program when you need it.
- Employee discounts: receive discounts on Suncorp insurance products.
If you're a trusted HR advisor who enjoys solving complex people challenges, influencing leaders and helping organisations successfully navigate change, we'd love to hear from you.
