Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary link between Colgate‑Palmolive and major retail partners (Woolworths, Coles, K‑mart, Big W, Chemist Warehouse) in the Outer East Metro Melbourne area.
- Merchandise products to ensure shelves are fully stocked, rotated, and positioned for optimal visibility.
- Activate and assemble promotional displays (point‑of‑sale), ensuring compliance with national agreements and ticketing.
- Maintain shelf displays and product layouts in accordance with agreed planograms.
- Provide accurate and prompt feedback to Head Office regarding activity and opportunities in your territory.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable, road‑worthy vehicle.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock as required.
- Strong communication skills for building rapport with in‑store contacts.
- Organised,



flexible, proactive problem‑solver capable of meeting customer needs independently.
- Full, unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
