About the Roles

You’ll work alongside individuals, families, and communities to provide practical support, advocacy, and case management services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

About You

- Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling
- AASW eligibility or membership (where applicable), AHPRA, ACA, PACFA
- Experience in therapeutic interventions, counselling, CBT, DBT, mental health
- Regional or remote experience highly regarded
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s licence
