The Role:

We are currently seeking licensed Electricians to join our dynamic team. While prior experience with Solar PV and Battery systems is highly desirable, it is not essential, on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates. This role is perfect for skilled Electricians that are eager to expand their expertise into renewable energy, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow their career in a rapidly evolving industry in the Top End.

Key Responsibilities:

o Perform a wide range of general electrical work in compliance with Australian standards and DNSP requirements

o Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV and battery systems (training available if required)

o Read, interpret, and execute electrical plans and specifications accurately

o Be comfortable with using and being trained to use our job management software (SimPro)

o Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently,



and to the highest quality standards

o Oversee and mentor apprentices and junior electricians

o Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members

o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance workflow and service delivery

o Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards, codes and safety practices

o Reliable, motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team

o Willingness to learn and develop recent skills in solar & renewable energy

Required Qualifications & Skills:

o Hold an Unrestricted A Grade NT electrical licence

o Possess a valid NT driver’s license

o Possess a Construction Industry White Card

o Be located in Australia with full working rights

o Current CPR /LVR Certification

o Current Working at Heights Certification

o SAA - Grid Connect with Batteries Accreditation
