Looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility and connection? As part of our Melbourne East & South East team, you'll have the opportunity to work across our Ringwood, Cheltenham and Dandenong clinics.

We are seeking a Graduate and a Senior Speech Pathologist for this role.

About The Role

- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own calendar and work from home.
- Work across our clinic locations as needed, building connections and collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams.
- Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Senior Speech Pathologist have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to speech pathologist and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.

About You

- You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.




- You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- For our Senior role you have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
- For our Graduate role you have finished recently and ready to start your career.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
