The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Venue Manager to lead Lobby Lounge and continue delivering exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in premium environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, driving operational excellence while fostering a culture of service, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of Lobby Lounge
- Inspire, develop and coach a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and operational excellence
- Manage labour, financial performance, stock control and compliance requirements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to venue growth and success
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction

About You

- Previous leadership experience in a Venue Manager role




- Commercially focused with proven success leading teams and delivering operational outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

To Be Successful

- A current approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
- Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Hold full Australian working rights
