Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne CBD, for a Financial Advisor at Xantias Financial Management. As a Financial Adviser, you will collaborate with clients to assess their financial goals, develop comprehensive financial plans, and offer expert advice on financial planning, investments, and retirement strategies.



You will monitor and review financial plans regularly, conduct market research, and stay updated on investment trends to optimise clients’ portfolios. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of your role, ensuring exceptional service and trust. Xantias will also introduce new client opportunities to the Financial Adviser.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Must have completed their ASIC financial adviser exam
- Must have completed their Professional Year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships
- Commitment to ongoing personal and Career development
