Your new role
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted technology advisor.
- Aligning clients’ IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
- Making recommendations to help improve the client’s technical environment.
- Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
- Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.
- Assisting clients with technology planning, roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong client management experience in an MSP setting.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365,
cloud technologies and modern business IT environments.
- Experience with Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A current driver’s license and vehicle.
