Join Penske’s Trainee Parts Advisor Program and become an integral part of what keeps Australia’s trucks and equipment running smoothly. Based in our Perth branch, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring while working toward a nationally recognised qualification in Parts Interpreting.

You’ll work alongside experienced Parts Interpreters, supporting customers and internal teams with identifying and sourcing the right parts for jobs - and you’ll be helping to keep our workshops and customers running efficiently.

What do you need?

- A real interest in how trucks, engines, and parts come together
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong customer service or communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Completion of Year 12 (preferred), or practical work experience
- Punctuality, reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliability, dedication and punctuality.
- Have had experience in a full or part time job in the past.
