THE ROLE
This traineeship position provides a broad range of support functions to the Housing teams that assist public housing renters across metropolitan Melbourne. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and develop new skills and capabilities within a supportive and agile team environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Undertake and complete a mandatory course of study - Short Course in Public Sector Service Delivery - through a registered training provider over the course of employment.
- Perform routine housing functions, including providing advice, from a range of established policy, procedures and standards.
- Assist in making appropriate referrals to internal or external support service providers in order to assist clients with their housing needs.
