We have roles that require inspirational teachers to deliver training in Counselling.
The qualifications we deliver: Diploma of Counselling Key Responsibilities Trainers and assessors are required to: Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using their extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials
Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs
Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments
Plan, review, and improve training and assessment
Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement Qualifications And Experience Strong experience in the counselling industry and working with recovery-oriented Approach
Keen interest in teaching others about the industry
Experience in training teaching or lecturing is desirable
Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education
Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds
Commitment, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work as part of a growing team
Continuing professional development requirements of the qualified body to which they belong A relevant vocational qualification in counselling at the Degree or Diploma level
Minimum of 2 years industrial/professional experience.
Accepted Certificate IV in Training and Assessment:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials: TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set, or
TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set or its successor, or
TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor.
