About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programs across our Aged Care Services. In this role, you will coordinate training activities, administer learning management systems, maintain compliance and training records, develop learning resources, and evaluate training effectiveness. Working closely with educators, leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers, you will help build workforce capability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a part – time permanent role working 16 hours per week.

About you

You work well in a busy environment, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure. You take a proactive approach, pay attention to detail, and put customers first. You enjoy working with others, build positive relationships, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Your key experience will include:

Experience in a similar role, ideally in community, health, medical, or aged care

Solid planning, organisation, and time management skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities





Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Understanding of risk, compliance, and incident reporting requirements

Commitment to workplace health, safety, and organisational policies

National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
