About the Role Our client is seeking a Transformational Analyst to join their high-performing team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting prospect to contribute to key transformation initiatives, partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to improve processes, enhance reporting and support business-wide change. Key Responsibilities - Support business transformation and continuous improvement projects - Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency - Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives - Develop reporting and provide analysis to support business decisions - Assist with system implementations and process optimisation - Support project delivery,



documentation and change management activities - Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance About you - Previous experience in transformation, business analysis or process improvement - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Advanced Excel skills, with ERP systems experience highly regarded - A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities - CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) What's on Offer?
