The Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Transport Coordinator to support our transport operations across Australia. This role is based in Sunshine and hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

In this role, you will take ownership of customer billing, charge sheet management, reporting, and operational analysis while working closely with site managers, customers, drivers, and finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and making a real impact on business performance.

What you’ll do

- Manage national charge sheets and customer invoicing activities
- Collect, validate, and accurately enter operational data
- Coordinate with site managers across multiple states to ensure reporting and billing accuracy
- Liaise closely with Accounts and operational teams
- Audit driver run sheets and investigate discrepancies or compliance breaches
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Prepare KPI reports and analyse operational performance trends
- Support business reviews through data analysis and reporting
- Assist with interpreting P&L; and operational performance data
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the transport network

What you’ll bring:





- Experience in transport, logistics, operations administration, or supply chain environments
- Strong billing, invoicing, or transport administration experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working autonomously and coordinating activities across multiple sites
