A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Truck Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Perth.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering truck sales growth across your designated territory. Working with premium brands, you'll partner with customers to understand their operational requirements and provide tailored transport solutions that deliver value.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys being in the market, building relationships, and developing long-term partnerships with fleet and retail customers.

In this role you will:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet, retail and key industry customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and grow sales revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and quoting through to delivery and customer handover.
- Provide customers with expert advice on truck specifications, applications and operating requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered to the highest standard.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity reports within the CRM system.
- Represent Penske and our brands at customer events, industry functions and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives that support business growth across Western Australia.

About you:

- Previous experience in truck, transport, heavy vehicle or related equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of the transport industry and customer operating environments.




- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Commercially focused with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer pipelines and sales activities.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to grow market presence.
- Technical understanding of heavy vehicles and truck applications will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the Western Australian transport market and industry networks is advantageous.
