About the Role

We are seeking a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing interfaces, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about user experience, visual design, problem-solving, and creating meaningful digital experiences that improve how users interact with products and services.

? Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience Design

Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability studies to understand customer needs and behaviors.

Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities to improve product experiences.

Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, and experience strategies.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to communicate design concepts.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights and feedback.

Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.

User Interface Design

Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.

Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and UI components.

Develop layouts, typography, color systems, icons, and visual elements.

Maintain design consistency across platforms and products.

Translate business requirements into effective design solutions.





Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Product Collaboration & Improvement

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing teams, and stakeholders.

Participate in product discussions and contribute design recommendations.

Support product development from concept through launch.

Review implemented designs and provide feedback for improvements.

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Continuously improve user experiences through research and iteration.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or related roles is preferred.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and user flows.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.

Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.





Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
