Support Worker

About the Role

- Provide person-centred support to participants.
- Assist with daily living activities, community access, and social participation.
- Promote participant independence, choice, and wellbeing.
- Work flexible casual shifts based on your availability.

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Working with Vulnerable People Check (or equivalent, where applicable).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality support.
