We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Temporary Leasing Consultant to join a supportive residential property team based in Perth's inner northern suburbs.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment while a permanent recruitment process is underway, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- Wednesday to Saturday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
As the first point of contact for prospective tenants, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless leasing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting home opens and private viewings
- Responding promptly to leasing enquiries
- Processing rental applications and supporting applicant screening
- Liaising with prospective tenants and the property management team
- Preparing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins
- Maintaining accurate records in the property management system
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in residential leasing or property management (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently
