Practice Manager – Help Build One of the Sunshine Coast's Leading General Practices

Ninox Health is a GP-owned, independent medical group with two modern clinics on the Sunshine Coast. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an outstanding Practice Manager who can help lead our next stage of growth.

This is far more than a day-to-day operations role. You'll work closely with the Directors to build high-performing teams, recruit great people, improve systems, grow the business and help create a workplace that patients and staff love.

About the Role

You'll have responsibility for the overall performance of our two clinics, leading both the operational and people side of the business.

You'll be someone who enjoys bringing people together around a common goal. You know how to build trust, earn respect and create accountability while maintaining a positive, supportive culture.

You'll spend time thinking strategically, but you're equally happy rolling up your sleeves when needed. We believe no task is beneath anyone, and everyone pitches in to help the team succeed.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Culture

- Leading, supporting and developing our reception and nursing teams
- Creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Setting clear expectations and managing performance with fairness and kindness
- Coaching staff to continually improve

Recruitment & Business Growth

- Recruiting and onboarding outstanding team members and GPs
- Working with the Directors to attract and retain high-quality clinicians




- Supporting business development and growth initiatives
- Helping identify opportunities to improve services and expand the business

Operations & Systems

- Creating efficient, consistent systems across both clinics
- Improving workflows and solving operational challenges
- Ensuring an excellent experience for patients and doctors
- Driving continuous improvement rather than simply maintaining the status quo
- Monitoring key business metrics and financial performance
- Improving efficiency and profitability while maintaining outstanding patient care
- Working with the Directors to achieve business goals

About You

- A confident, experienced leader who brings people with them
- Warm, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable having difficult conversations when needed, while treating people with respect
- Commercially minded and interested in helping grow a successful business
- Able to balance strategic thinking with practical action
- Someone who leads by example and is happy to jump in wherever needed
- Passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive
- Experience managing a general practice or healthcare business is highly desirable, particularly familiarity with Medicare and medical billing.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
