About You

To be successfulin this role, you will have:

- CertificateIII in CommercialCookery (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge offood safety andHACCP principles
- Ability to workindependently and underpressure
- Excellent time managementand organisational skills
- CurrentNational Police Check(or willingness toobtain one)
- White Card- Mandatory
- Drivers Licence - Mandatory
- Ability to passa pre-employmentmedical and drug& alcohol screening
