This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR qualified with strong Employee & Industrial Relations capability who thrives on influencing leaders, solving complex people challenges and driving meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll do:

As a trusted advisor to operational and corporate leaders across our Sydney Airport contract , you'll:

- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development programs.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice HR processes.
- Analyse people data and provide insights that support business decisions.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with commercial acumen:

- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, People & Culture Partner or Employee Relations role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Ability to influence,



coach and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
